lisa: Hi, I’ve been reading a bit about Lipobind and i think i would like to try it. From what i’m seeing, it seems to work kind of like Alli. The thing is, I need to lose 2 stone by April, and i want to make sure this works quickly enough. can anyone report on this?

Gina: Is this Lipobind the same kind of thing that they cooked potato chips in, some sort of fat thing that you could eat a whole bag of chips but then they’d just go right through your system? Remember that? It was a couple of years ago, I think. Anyway, I think that gave people trouble, and now I don’t know if they’re even on the market anymore because people got awful diarrhea, turned out not to be the solution that people were looking for. Whew! I guess that’s my basic question, is it going to give me the runs? Blunt I guess, but that’s what I need to know.

kristy t.: Is it the same ingredient as Alli? I heard some horror stories about that pill, so if Lipobind has the same side effects, maybe this is not what i want after all.

Andrea: I think Lipobind sounds interesting and could work. I need to lose about 50 or 60 pounds to be even a healthy weight, not thin, so I need to get started with something that works. Really looking for confirmation on that before I order this or anything else so I appreicate all honesty. thanks.

Violet: I just received my order of Lipobind. I am excited to get started although I just read the directions and it says to take a tablet after each meal and I am wondering how it that gonna help me eat less. I suppose I have to cut down the calories to begin. Well, i hope it works for me, will def. give feedback here.

*LuLu*: Yeah when I saw the ad for Lipobind i said, no way, sounds too easy, but was still interested in just seeing. But i was too worried about possilbe consequences, from NOT absorbing fat so when I took it, i was VERY careful about my fat intake. I cut down to 15-20 grams per day & not one more. So I’m sure that helped, with my weight loss but I still feel that the pill was a good aid. I wouldn’t have changed my eating without it, that for sure!

Caroline: Well, I think Lipobind can work if you are dedicated to making it work…if you eat too much fat, you might feel gassy or unpleasant, but the thing to remember is it is UP TO YOU. i am doing quite well with it so far.

Liz: Sorry, what is the big ingredient in Lipobind? Is it like phase 2? I have tried that before and it didn’t work well for me. I am curious about this product but have to look like I am working…:)

Carolyn: It’s working for me! The way I use Lipobind is just to supplement my new diet and exercise life style. I already lost 5 pounds. I just eat veggies and chicken or turkey breast. drink a lot of water and stopped drinking any kind of alcohol. Working out is really hard, my gym is about 30 mins from my house but I manage to go at least 2 times a week and when I can’t I just go for a big long walk.

Drew: I don’t think Lipobind is for me because my big issue is carbs not fat. That is why I concluded I didn’t lose any weight while taking this product. You think?

morrison: hey violet i don’t think lipobind is meant to make you eat less, at least, thats not how it works for me. i believe its just supposed to be drawing out the fat from foods? though, i can’t tell how it does that. i have been on this for 2 weeks & feel, well normal. hopefully i’ll see the change when i step on the scale at the end of hte month!

sarah: well, Lipobind does seem like a great programme, but the pills themselves seem to be causing me to feel gassy and bloated. does this feeling go away eventually?

Maya: Lipobind does not help at all! I took and for 3 weeks without changing my diet or exercise more than usual and I lost no weight, I then started reducing my intake of fat and increased the exercises by 20% and started to loose weight. I then diceded to stick to the diet and stopped taking Lipobind, I was still loosing the same amount of weight per week (2-4 pounds). My conclusion is that it does nothing but encourage you to take care of yourself, once u get that, you don’t need the pill.

nichole: I have lost nearly a stone with Lipobind in about 7 weeks. I think its working well. I’ve also reduced my carbs and fat intake, and have been going for daily walks. In conjunction with an overall lifestyle change, this is a good plan.

Carole: I think if you change your diet and exercise more while you use the product Lipobind you will lose weightl, but it was just as difficult for me as when I am not taking a diet aid. So what is the point? I starved and it was horrible. I am going to look for hoodia which supposebly makes it easier to get through the day without eating. I am determined to be a size 0 and I will make my dreams come true.

LaMonte: Well from my experience, I can say that taking LipoBind DID help with weight loss, but it came with a price. It gave me horrble diarrhea, not daily but maybe about after 40% of meals. I did not want to give up on it so continued for a full month. I was a teensy bit lighter but still far from my goal. The experience is not one I wish to go through again.

Virginie: This is pretty helpful and informative. I prob won’t try Lipobind which I prob would have had I not read this blog. But what??!!

merriweather: sorry i still don’t get quite how this works…? lipobind is a fat binder is that it? i can’t help but think that would come with some discomfort.

Kathy: I do have to agree, that i wish Lipobind helped to control my appetite more. I think a large part of my problem is that i simply eat too much. I’m not even sure if its just fat i eat too much of either…just a lot of calories and carbs and such. But i know Lipobind is meant to address fat, and for people who eat too much fat, I’m sure its great.

Jodeane: STOP all the hating on Lipobind, please! Those of you who give this the thumbs down are probably just lazy.

Bella: You have to be honest, or what’s the point. I am not going to say that Lipobind is the worst diet pill I have ever tried. CAuse it’s not. Zenodrine is. And I did try. I tried to eat salads and walk every day and not drink so much wine and skip dessert. And still I lost nothing. NOTHING. SO I think I am completely within my rights to say as much. i will not be using more of this, I do not recommend it. I do not think it works at all. the end.

Melodie: SO I just read most of your post and it sounds like you have to diet and exercise for Lipobind to help you loose weight. No sure I want to pay so much money for that. Don’t they sell stuff that helps you burn fat and makes you less hungry? Like hydroxicut ot something else I see on my magazines. What does work. I just want to loose about 8 pounds but mostly need energy to get in shape.

Sue: My question is, do products like Lipobind have an affect on cholesterol levels as well?

fiona: I agree, i think that Lipobind is a bit slow-going, and that you do have to do much of the work yourself. Certainly you can’t just take it and expect things to happen. you have to diet and workout. These are probably good habbits to get in to in the first place, but i guess i wonder whether this pill is helping or whehter I’m just living healthier. i think when i run out of Lipobind i might just take my chances.

Rosa: I think I’m going to take Hoodia while I use up the rest of my Lipobind, the combination will probably be better than either pill on its own, with just the Lipobind I still want to eat more than I should, and diarrhea, yeah, that’s not very healthy, so if I take Hoodia along with it, that should help solve that problem too, won’t have so much to go!

darling clementine: hmm not sure this is worth the trouble for only 10 lbs to lose. will pass on lipobind and look into other options. i enjoyed reading the posts!

Dawn: I have just been using Lipobind for a week and I have already lost 5lbs, it is a pain to remember to take straight after your meals, but its working for me, I will keep you posted on how I do.
