nancy: fact is i am a terrible cook & the stuff i use to make for myself in a hurry was nothing special…half the time i was just getting greasy chinese takeout that wasn’t even good. THe Freshology Get Slim program looks to be a BIG step up from how i was eating before. and when i add up the cost its pretty much the same as i was spending.
katherine: The lunch of Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Shiitake Mushrooms, Edamame, and Ginger Ponzu Sauce sounds great. i swear with this diet, my LUNCHES could be better than my DINNERS used to be, and the dinners sound like restaurant food. sticking to this wouldn’t even a little bit hard.

Anonymous: WAs just looking at a sample menu of Freshology get slim meals and they look so delicious. I don’t think I could eat that well, for the price, and wou;dn’t put in the effort anyway, to cook three healthy meals a day. Definitely seems like a great deal. THIS LOOKS SO TASTY AND HEALTHY.

suze collins: TINA202. they are healthy, low-calorie desserts. Most, if not all, of the popular diets out there (jenny craig, nutrisystem, weight watchers) include desserts in their menus. u must be kind of new to this. if so, you picked the right diet to start with. Freshology reads like the best out there by far.
Marc: Recently divorced guy, not living too healthy, after a few mos of getting fatter and unhealthier am thinking about trying Freshology to get slim. Wanna loose like 27 lb in 6 mos. And let me tell you, the cooking sounds way better than my ex’s.
Jermaine: This program GETSLIM from Freshology, s not only for losing a few lbs, as someone asked. I think its for anyone needing to lose weight, n any amoutn is gonna benefit from this. Just remember, healthy weight loss, might be a little slow but that’s okay. I Never have time to cook for myself and do appreciate the meals offered here, healthy, portion controlled & tastes good. Sounds better than eating protein bars or shakes like I do.

Josh: UMm not to exaggerate, the food looks fresh and pretty good but it does not look like Jean Georges Vongerichten’s the famous chef either! I am pleased with the idea of not cooking and giving up processed unhealthy food. Those are the main reasons I am thinking of ordering.
kimberly: maybe true josh, but i tell ya, it sure sounds like it tastes better than nutrisystem. those foods wer e SOo blah, like a elementary school cafeteria or something. nothing exciitng about eating when i was on that, evven though i did lose a few lbs. i would be thankful to have quality foods that are helping me lose weight, a diet doesn’t have to be torture with freshology, you know?
sarahL.: LOL OK josh, but remember , we’re not comparing this against three-michelin starred restaurants (lets face it most of our own cooking aint all that either!), we’re comparing it to OTHER DIET FOOD which generally sucks. If i can eat like this on Freshology I will do it.

Eva: I live in California and we have tons of fresh and organic produce all year round. Even have an all organic farmer’s market once a week. The thing is that as much as I love to cook and enjoy shopping at the market, it can get pretty expensive and very time consuming. Freshology in this respect sounds pretty interesting, actually i am very tempted to try it for 14 days.

kathleen o'grady: have recently begun reading michael pollan’s book, in defense of food,anyone esle read it? anyway he talks a lot about processed foods and how its better to eat real (not packaged) foods, that are fresh, not fortified, etc. makes me so aware of how much crap ieat everyday, unintentionally. am hoping that a meal plan like this can get me back on the right track to eating healthfully.
andie: Yes i think, from what i have been reading, that you can choose what days you want to get the food on. I like to do the weekends off thing too, just so i can have a few little “cheats’ like pizza. Freshology seems really pretty flexible for me.

holly: U can never underestimate the power of portion control. I am looking at the “Fresh Mommy” program from Freshology for my babyweight on it even tho it is not strictly a weight loss diet. Just the fact that i can have my meals right there, and be controlled, instead of me picking at stuff all day, may be the huge difference for me??

Linda: Everyone is different “Midge” I mean it all depends how what’s your BMI and how fast you want to loose. I personally would choose freshology (get slim) because it seems to be the healthier option out there in my opinion.
Eileen: Well for my exercise I would go to Curves and I really like that program. SEems vEry supportive for women, and I’m not into supplements or meal replacements so thats why I like the sound of Freshology GETSLIM program.
Zoe: yeah & let’s keep in mind that getting into a habit of exercising regularly is going to be useful no matter what, even when you are done with the Freshology program. Doesn’t have to be anything extreme, i walk a few miles a day, and i am doing a great job losing weight on my own. i have been on other liquid diets like optifast and the like, where there was no exercise involved. and i lost weight and gained it back. so this time i deciding to do it right.

Cara: THis Get slim program sounds really good for me, and I was looking into this & so thrilled to see that if you have allergies (peanuts!) they can customize meals for me. Nadine: I would try the program for like 14 days or what ever, the meals sound fresh and delicious, I canno t at all complain about teh quality of FREShology get SLIM program they do look good. Problem for me right now unfortunately is its just not in my budget. Gonna try now to start buying mroe local veggies & making salads, see how that goes.

DietAddictAnon: I think the after 6pm thing is a myth. As long as you keep the calories under control and don’t go above let’s say 1200 a day (more or less) It does not matter how later you eat. Like freshology say it’s all about focusing on balanced nutritious food.
bernard w.: hi yeah, i was just loking at the freshology site & trying to get more info. watched a video & they said something about “protein preferences” so maybe they can substitute vegetarian meals? i mean heck, if airlines do it,why not them? i think it worth inquring about with the co. me, i just don’t really like turkey, so if i can have more chicken or beef and less of that, i’ll be all set.
Anne: Rory, I’m pretty sure you can swap out one meal for another…i know they said in the FAQ that they will work with you to customize ur plan if there is a food you dislike..i don;t see why that wouldn’t apply also to a food u really DO like. I’m pretty excited and i’m going to try it.

Kendall P: Well I like the sound ofFreshology food better than Jenny craig, for one thing, plus, I wouldn’t have to cook it! So tat makes life easier right there. ALso, I don’t know, tconsultations,work for some people, but just having calorie-controlled meals & not worrying, is wo better for me.
angelwings27: have not had a tummy tuck but i DO know what you mean by that looose skin. i had rolls for way too long after my little bobby was born. i finally got a flex belt,you know, one of those abdominal toners? helped get the muscle tone back which mades a difference & also, easier to burn off the fat. so eating GET SLIM freshology meals on top of it, helped me control what i was eating at the same time, now I;m in much better shape.

Reyna: I didn’t love the foods on Bistro MD too much, and besides, they recommend that you freeze some of the foods that they send you so they will be ok by the time u eat them, Well nif i am going to do that, i may as well get frozen foods! With Freshology, is the food really actually fresh? I hope so! I really don’t want to have extra food sitting around that i am forced to freeze just to stop it from going bad..

Liz: DId some research on this and want to say that, yes, Freshology seems to be a “green” company; the containers are biodegradable, and and the bag s & gel packs that are used when my food is delivered, is re-used, they pick it up when the next delivery comes. Wiht the way our environment is , I know this i s a big concern for others like it is for me, with this, its liek a diet with a conscience that how I think about it.

angela: I’ve gotta say, looking at the site, that I’m impressed that there are REAL celebrity testimonials for Freshology…A lot of diets like this just tack a photo up of some gorgeous celebrity and we’re supposed to believe they did the diet or endorse it. But Freshology has actual quotes and stuff from Vanessa Williams and Melanie Brown from the Spice girls and all kinds of other beautiful folks. And based what i am seeing of the foods and the convenience of it, I can see why. I have decided: I want to try this for myself. i deserve to look as good as those ladies do…I work just as hard!

Yvonne: THe cost is not such a big deal and besides, where are thy located CAlifornia? Probaly what we pay for is shipping, and to send something next day via FedEx, not cheap.
