I have lost a whopping 16 pounds in 30 days. I’m 5 feet 6 inches tall, and I started out at 173 lbs. I now weigh 157 lbs! All my pants are too big now, and I have to tighten my belt by 2 holes in order to keep them from falling off.
I was really sceptical before starting the diet, and my wife thought I went completely nuts since I’m definately not the “dieter” type of person. But I thought I would give it a shot – after all, I had really nothing to lose by trying.
After I first looked at the diet menu, I was shocked to see that it had 3 meals a day, all normal food, the stuff that I was used to eating. It suddenly felt doable, and I gave it a go.
During the first day, I got a little hungry between lunch and dinner, but the dinner was really filling, so I was happy. After the next few days, my body got so used to this diet that I was not hungry at all. It was so easy to follow, I could not believe that I can potentially lose weight while being on it!
As the plan instructed, I weighed myself a week later, and to my shock I lost 5 pounds! By that time, I could already feel myself breathing easier since my pants weren’t as tight. In the second week I lost another 4 pounds. In week 3, I lost only 2 pounds, but in the last week I lost another whole 5 pounds, bringing it to a total of 16 lbs of lost fat!
People keep noticing that my stomach got flatter. It no longer sticks out and hangs over my belt like it used to! When I put on my old pants, I can’t believe how much extra room is in the waist!”
