Brazilian Diet Tips

Eat every 3 or four hours, fruits, nuts or low carb energy bars in between meals to always keep your body nourished.

DRINK SUFFICIENT WATER, at least 8 glasses of 8 fl oz per day
Decrease the amount of salt, because it increases the retention of liquids.
You could have one banana every other day.
Eat fiber or a fiber supplement.
Choose lean proteins such as grilled chicken and fish.
Lower the carbohydrate intake as you approach the end of your day. You don’t need the energy provided by carbs to watch TV at home and/or go to sleep.
You should take a B-Complex supplement ( found in any drugstore or supermarket) daily, to boost fat burn and keep your body energized without the need for so many carbs.

Avoid all carbonated & caffeinated drinks, (good rule of thumb, stick to clear drinks – if its not clear like water, avoid it)
Avoid white bread and choose whole wheat/grains.
